We do not routinely collect sensitive information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where you provide health-related access information, such as infection control requirements at a medical practice, or details relating to children, such as Blue Card administration at a school or childcare service, we treat that information with the additional care the Privacy Act requires for sensitive information.

In some cases we may receive personal information about you from third parties, such as a referrer who recommends our service, a facility manager who introduces a tenant, or a publicly available source such as a business directory. We collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:

We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to deliver our website and services. We share only the personal information needed for each provider to perform its function.

  • MailerSend, UABdelivers contact form submissions and service-related emails on our behalf. When you submit a contact form, your name, email, and message are transmitted through MailerSend's email infrastructure.
  • Our accounting, insurance, and legal advisors may receive personal information where necessary for them to provide services to us, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Australian government agencies and regulators may receive personal information where required by law.

From time to time we may add or change service providers, including adding a website analytics provider in future. Where we do, we will update this Privacy Policy to identify the new provider and any new overseas disclosures.

We do not share your personal information with any party for marketing purposes other than our own service-related communications.

The third-party providers listed in Section 6 are located outside Australia. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be disclosed to or stored in the following countries:

  • United States of America: Vercel Inc. current default region for our website hosting.
  • European Union (Belgium): MailerSend, UAB primary data centres.
  • Other countries:MailerSend's Data Processing Addendum permits transfer of customer data to the United States and other countries where MailerSend's sub-processors operate.

We are planning to migrate our website hosting to Vercel's Sydney region when our production domain is finalised, which will keep most website traffic within Australia. Until that migration is complete, the United States location applies for hosting.

If we add a website analytics provider in future, this section will be updated to reflect any additional overseas disclosure.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient handles your personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Functional cookies are required for the website to work correctly, for example to remember your form input as you complete a quote request or to keep you on the same version of a page across navigation.

Analytics: we may add a website analytics provider in future to help us analyse how visitors find and use our website. If and when we do, this section will be updated to identify the provider, the kinds of information collected, the country in which it is processed, and how you can opt out. Until then, we do not collect detailed analytics data beyond what is automatically logged by our hosting provider, Vercel, for operational and security purposes.

  • Contact form enquiries that do not progress to engagement are retained for up to 24 months from the date of enquiry.
  • Customer records, including service agreements, invoices, and communications, are retained for at least 7 years from the end of the customer relationship, in line with Australian Taxation Office record-keeping requirements and applicable insurance retention periods.
  • Marketing opt-out records are retained indefinitely so we can honour your preference.
  • Website usage logs are retained per our hosting provider's default retention, typically 30 days for operational logs.

When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or de-identify it.

Where we provide cleaning services at a school or childcare facility, any personal information we handle relates to the facility's adult staff, contractors, or administration, not to children attending the facility.
