We provide commercial and industrial cleaning services across Central Queensland, including but not limited to:

  • Office and corporate cleaning.
  • Medical, dental, allied health, and aged care facility cleaning.
  • School and childcare facility cleaning.
  • Government and public facility cleaning.
  • Industrial site, factory, and warehouse cleaning.
  • Builders' cleans and commercial handover cleans.
  • Window cleaning.
  • Floor cleaning, pressure washing, strip-and-seal, and polish.

The specific scope of Services we provide to you will be set out in a written service agreement, quote, or scope of works.

4. Quotes and service agreements

Quotes provided through our Website, by phone, by email, or by any of our representatives are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope adjustments, or additional requirements identified during the work.

Before Services begin, we will provide you with a written quote or service agreement setting out:

  • The scope of work.
  • The cleaning frequency or schedule.
  • The agreed price or pricing basis.
  • Any specific access, safety, or compliance requirements.
  • The term of the engagement, if applicable.

By accepting our quote or service agreement in writing, by email, or by allowing us to begin Services, you agree to the scope, price, and any specific terms set out in that document, in addition to these general Terms.

5. Insurance and Work Health and Safety

We hold current public liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request.

We operate to Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld) procedures and maintain documented site procedures including Safe Work Method Statements, Safety Data Sheets, and incident response protocols. Where your site has its own access, induction, or safety procedures, we will comply with those in addition to our own.

You agree to inform us of any site-specific hazards, access restrictions, safety requirements, or other matters that may affect the safe delivery of the Services.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our Services and our Website come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian laws. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other Australian laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law applies to a Service we provide, our liability for failing to comply with that guarantee is limited, where the law permits, to one of the following at our option:

  • Supplying the Service again.
  • Paying the cost of having the Service supplied again.

This clause does not apply where the consumer guarantee relates to goods or services of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, or in any other case where Australian Consumer Law does not permit limitation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 6 (Australian Consumer Law):

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or the Services.
  • Our total liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to inform us of site-specific hazards or safety requirements, or by your failure to provide safe access to the premises being cleaned.

8. Cancellation and changes to the Services

Either party may cancel a one-off Service or change the scope or frequency of an ongoing Service by giving reasonable notice in writing.

Where a one-off Service is cancelled at short notice and we have already incurred costs, for example by allocating staff, scheduling vehicles, or purchasing consumables, we may charge a reasonable cancellation fee to recover those costs.

The notice period and any specific cancellation terms for ongoing Services will be set out in your service agreement.

We may reschedule a Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example severe weather, illness affecting our team, or a site safety issue identified on arrival. We will give you as much notice as practical and offer to reschedule to the earliest available alternative time.

9. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or any related systems.
  • Transmit any harmful code, malware, or other malicious content through or to the Website.
  • Use the Website to send unsolicited communications or spam.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or degrades the Website's functionality.
  • Use automated tools such as scrapers, crawlers, or bots to access the Website without our written consent, other than for legitimate search engine indexing.

12. Indemnity

  • Your failure to inform us of site-specific hazards, safety requirements, or access restrictions.
  • Any unlawful or negligent act or omission by you, your employees, your contractors, or other people at the premises during the delivery of Services.

This indemnity does not apply to any loss or damage caused by our negligence, our wilful misconduct, or our breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version is always published at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention, for example by email if you are an active customer.

Your continued use of the Website or our Services after a change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the change.
